The Wander Project
The Need
Kelly Weber, founder and owner of The Wander Project, a leadership development firm now located in Spokane, was looking for a way to solidify her values and measure company impact. Through her coaching, Kelly creates a positive social impact by shaping compassionate, well rounded leaders. As a one person company, however, she needed capacity support to operationalize and measure her social and environmental goals.
The Work
Using the B Impact Assessment, we established a baseline for The Wander Project. After identifying key areas for improvement, Measure Meant identified a holistic strategy for community engagement and environmental management. This stakeholder engagement plan brought Kelly above the threshold for certification.
The Impact
Kelly is now better equipped to share The Wander Project’s integrated social and environmental programs with all stakeholders. She can use the messaging to continue building a diverse community of values-aligned stakeholders. The Wander Project became a Certified B Corporation in December of 2021!
